'My favoured printing process is etching, using a combination of soft ground and aquatint.
I am fascinated by mood, atmosphere, and light and I seek to capture those magical fleeting moments glimpsed at sunrise and sunset, where sun, rain, mist and wind, blow with the light. I seek to express those moments of beauty which catch my breath.
I am fascinated by the etching process using the mysterious alchemy of acid on metal plate to produce just a hint of what I have felt.'
