Sally works exclusively in linocut. Much of her work is in black and white to make strong use of dramatic contrasts, whereas other pieces are further hand-painted or richly coloured, hand burnished multi-block prints.
She has illustrated numerous books for Quarto Publishing and received other notable commissions from BBC Books, The Women's Press, Scholastic, The Tate Gallery, Liverpool and National Magazines.
Her current series of works focuses on the diversity of various London regions. Group linocut portraits attempt to show the faces of communities and the commerce and events that occur there.
