A graduate of Edinburgh College of Art and Goldsmiths College, Sandra Millar's paintings and prints evolve from sketch book observations where the focus is usually people.The subjects may be ambiguous or metaphoric depicting life as theatre with its dangers, tensions and pleasures.Her prints explore the intensities of line and tonal contrast that the medium offers.She is a member of Artichoke Print Workshop as well as Greenwich Printmakers and Southbank Printmakers.She exhibits regularly in group and solo shows and her work can currently be seen at Restaurant 109 Kew Road Richmond.
