Originally from Nottingham, I have been living and working in South London for 20 years. Initially I studied fashion at Nottingham College of Art, and worked as a fashion designer. Later, I went on to study Fine Art at Goldsmiths College and then at City and Guilds of London Art School, graduating with Honours. It was here that I fist became interested in printmaking. I was elected a member of Greenwich Printmakers in 1995, and Richmond Printmakers in 2000. I regularly attend classes in etching, life drawing, painting and sculpture as I believe it is important for me to keep experimenting and learning through a broad-based approach to creative work. Elected to Greenwich Printmakers Gallery. Founded South Bank Printmakers Gallery. |
